The studio includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully stocked kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & blender) to make gourmet meals or reheat take-out, cable tv, WiFi, a patio or balcony, extra storage on the balcony, bathroom with a tub/shower combo and linens, 2 on-site laundry rooms and a reserved parking space for your convenience. The studio floor is laminate wood and it is decorated simply and tastefully!

The studio is all yours, there is a common outdoor area for BBQing and a laundry room.

The SD URBAN VACATION RENTALS team is available 24/7 for any issues and I am available for questions about the neighborhood or recommendations for what to do, see or eat in Central San Diego!

Check in is easy and all details will be emailed to you days in advance. We offer electronic entry locks for your convenience.

Golden Hill is one of San Diego's oldest neighborhoods. The architecture is amazing and there are loads of fun restaurants, brew pubs, vintage stores, cafes and local grocery/produce stores close by with new business opening monthly!

There is a major bus line 4 hilly blocks from the studio. South Park is 8 blocks, North Park 20(ish) blocks, Downtown 10-blocks and Balboa Park a little over a mile from the studio. LYFT and uber are always available and a cheap and easy alternative to driving. There are DecoBike rentals available in Golden Hill and throughout Central San Diego.

The apartment includes a parking space inside the gated community, 2 laundry rooms and a gorgeous protected canyon across the street.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We do offer additional discounts for longer stays. Discounts are are as follows: Stays from 13 days up to a calendar month are discounted 3% 30 to 60 days = 28% 60 to 90 days = 30% 90 to 120 days = 31% 120 to 150 days = 32% 150 to 180 days = 33% 180 to 270 days = 35% 270 to 364 days = 38% 364 days and up = 41%
