Walk to all North Park has to offer including coffee houses, award-winning breweries, restaurants and art galleries. The restored apartment is efficient with a full kitchen and bath. There is a large 8'x10' walk-in closet with a washer/dryer in the apartment, A/C & cental heat and we use all-natural cleaning & laundry products

This 1914 studio apartment has been restored and updated for modern life! Furnished with light, bright touches throughout! New kitchen with vintage stove, fridge & microwave. The bathroom has been remodeled while saving the original sink and repainted claw foot tub! There is a table and chairs you can use in the kitchen or living area for eating or working. A brand new full-size murphy bed stows away during the day and 2 big mid-century style chairs make up the living room furniture. There is a separate built-in work space/desk. WiFi and a smart TV are included for you to watch your Netflix & Hulu accounts. We've added an 8'x10' walk-in closet to the studio for added storage. There is a new washer/dryer for your personal use. Access to the common courtyard with a gas grill and patio furniture provides a nice quiet outside space for lounging.

This is a perfect space for a travel nurse, student, government contractor, digital nomad or military.

There is an electronic lock on the door for easy check-in even if you're arriving late!

We are residents of the neighborhood and the SD URBAN VACATION RENTALS/SD URBAN RENTALS maintenance staff are available 24/7 for anything you might need.

The 95 walk-score says it all. Also nearby are Balboa Park, South Park, Normal Heights, Hillcrest, and Downtown.

Freeway is close with a transportation hub a block away. North Park is a very bike-friendly area.

We accept pets with an additional $250 refundable deposit paid before your arrival. The deposit is fully refunded less any additional cleaning or damage.

 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We do offer additional discounts for longer stays. Discounts are are as follows: Stays from 13 days up to a calendar month are discounted 3% 30 to 60 days = 28% 60 to 90 days = 30% 90 to 120 days = 31% 120 to 150 days = 32% 150 to 180 days = 33% 180 to 270 days = 35% 270 to 364 days = 38% 364 days and up = 41%
