Completely remodeled studio with high ceilings, laminate flooring throughout and lots of light, a private deck and reserved parking inside the gated property. Located at the back of a recently restored 1904 Victorian beauty on a funky property with friendly long-term neighbors!

Kitchen - black gas stove, Smeg fridge, 3 large windows, HIGH ceilings and black cabinets made of recycled material.

Living Space - custom built murphy bed with comfy queen mattress and luxury linens, fireplace/heater, recliners (not your fathers la-z-boy), 40" tv with cable, Bluetooth speaker, 3 large windows, high ceilings, ceiling fan, closet and built-in dresser.

Dining Area - West Elm dining set for 2 and custom built-ins.

Outside space - join the long and short-term residents outside in the common area (seating and BBQ's) or relax on your private deck. Coin-op washer/dryers are just a few steps from the studio and there is a private storage locker for your personal use to store suitcases, bins, bikes or anything extra you might bring along.

The SD URBAN VACATION RENTALS team is available 24/7 for any issues but the space is all yours!

Golden Hill is one of San Diego's oldest neighborhoods and is blocks from Downtown, Balboa Park, South Park, Barrio Logan, Little Italy and North Park

82 walk score - walk to restaurants, cafes, ice cream, taco shops, stores, Saturday Farmers Market and MORE! Just a short trek to Balboa Park & the SD Zoo.

We do offer additional discounts on stays longer than 3 months.

We accept pets with a $250/ per-pet fully refundable, less any additional damage or cleaning, deposit.

I do not accept reservations of less than 1 month more than 30 days in advance

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We do offer additional discounts for longer stays. Discounts are are as follows: Stays from 13 days up to a calendar month are discounted 3% 30 to 60 days = 28% 60 to 90 days = 30% 90 to 120 days = 31% 120 to 150 days = 32% 150 to 180 days = 33% 180 to 270 days = 35% 270 to 364 days = 38% 364 days and up = 41%
